ABOUT Kheer Panna Cotta RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole milk 2 cups
  2. Cream 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar or honey 2 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Pinch of star anise
  5. Green cardamom powder 2 pinch
  6. Soaked rice 2 tablespoon
  7. Agar agar powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  8. For Syrup:
  9. Honey 1 tablespoon
  10. Saffron a pinch
  11. Few drops of Rose water
  12. Water or as needed 2 tablespoon
  13. Pistachios tuile for garnish

Instructions

  1. Panna cotta Take 2 cups of milk and rice, and cook on low heat for at least 20 mins. Add cream, cardamom powder, star anise and mix well.
  2. Mix agar-agar in the 1/2 cup warm milk and mix thoroughly
  3. Add the agar mixture to the cooked rice. Pour it in glasses or moulds and set it in the fridge
  4. Syrup:- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, use water if need to thin it to a pouring consistency.
  5. To serve: Pour the sauce on a plate and gentle put the unmolded pudding/kheer on the plate.
  6. Garnish it with pistachio tuile. Enjoy!
