Curd Rice

Ingredients to make Curd Rice

  • Boiled Rice 1 cup
  • cashews finely chopped 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves few
  • green chilly finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon
  • 5-6 raisins
  • Coriender leaves finely chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Bengal dal 1/2 teaspoon
  • urad dal 1/2 teaspoon
  • Musturd 1 teaspoon
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • Milk 1/ 8 cup
  • Thick curd 1/2 cup
  • salt

How to make Curd Rice

  1. In a wide mixing bowl, take boiled rice, curd, milk and salt and mix them well
  2. Heat the oil in a pan
  3. Add musturd, urad dal, bengal dal, green chilly, curry leaves, cashews and raisins and fry them well
  4. Now add the tadka to the curd rice and mix it well
  5. Add chopped coriender leaves for decoration and serve with love

My Tip:

Some times instead of green chilly, i use red chilly. Also, instead of raisins, you can add pomegranate seeds
