ABOUT Teddy bear cake RECIPE

It is marble cake decorat with vanilla flavour cream looking like teddy.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida-2 cup
  2. Suger-1cup+1tabs
  3. Curd-1cup
  4. Milk-1/2cup
  5. Vanilla extract-2,3 drop
  6. Baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
  7. Baking powder-1 tespoon
  8. Oil-1cup
  9. Cocoa powder-1 tablespooon
  10. For icing
  11. Whipped cream-1 litre
  12. Vanilla assence-1,2drop
  13. Yellow,pink colour-1 pinch
  14. Melted chocolate-1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. First of all mix baking soda and baking powder in curd and put it at 5 minutes rest.
  2. Now take one big bowl and add maida ,sugar powder, vanilla assence, oil and milk and mix it well.
  3. Now add curd mixture in to it and make smooth batter.
  4. Now divide some batter from it and mix some cocoa powder to it.
  5. Now take two small round shape molds, grease it with oil and add white batter to it.
  6. Pour some cocoa batter in both the molds and give it a marble look with knife.
  7. Bake it in preheated cooker for 35 minutes and check it after 35 minutes with a knife or toothpick .
  8. If it come out clear so it means two round shape cakes are ready.
  9. Now left it on wire rack for cool down .
  10. Now take chilled cream and whipped it with whipping machine(till it not become puffy).
  11. Take some white cream add yellow colour and make yellow colour cream.
  12. Now take 1tabs cream add red colour and make pink colour cream.
  13. Now take one part of the cake cut the cake from between, and spread white cream on the inner and outer surface of the cake.
  14. And gave it a perfect round shape with the help of a knife .
  15. Now take another part of the cake and do the same steps as given above but don't give it a round shape give flat shape.
  16. Put round shape on it .
