Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Refined flour 200 grams
  2. butter 50 grams
  3. Powder sugar 100 grams
  4. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  5. baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Milk 1/2 cup
  7. lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Vannila essence
  9. Red colour
  10. Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
  11. cream Chesse 1 cup
  12. Whipped cream 200 grams


  1. Take butter and powder sugar and beat till fluffy
  2. Take milk add lemon juice and keep side for two minutes
  3. Add all dry ingredients
  4. Mix red colour and Vannila essence with milk
  5. Now add it with cake batter
  6. Pour in a heart shape greased mould
  7. Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 40 minutes
  8. Cool the cake
  9. Cut it in two layers
  10. Take cream Cheese whipped cream and sugar syrup
  11. Add one tablespoon powder sugar and one tablespoon whipped cream with cream Cheese
  12. First apply sugar syrup on one layer
  13. Spread cream Chesse on it
  14. Put another layer on it soak syrup then cover with whipped cream
  15. Keep in fridge for two hour and garnish ...Enjoy
