ABOUT ORANGE POUND CAKE RECIPE

It's my all the time favorite tea cake . Easy to make and loved by all.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Orange (juice and zest) 1
  2. All purpose flour 11/3 cup
  3. Butter 3/4cup
  4. Sugar 3/4cup
  5. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Eggs 3

Instructions

  1. Beat sugar and egg till it becomes pale.
  2. Add all the sieved dry ingredients to it.
  3. Add Melted butter to it.
  4. Add orange juice and zest .
  5. Pour the batter in a loaf tin and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove and dust it with sugar powder.
