ABOUT Homemade Cheeselings RECIPE

Kids love Cheeselings. So here I have made them by using Rice flour and Cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice flour 3/4 cup
  2. Wheat flour 2 tablespoon
  3. Cheese 2 cubes
  4. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Zeera roasted and ground 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Soda water to make dough

Instructions

  1. Mix 3/4 cup rice flour and 2 Tablespoon wheat flour
  2. Add 2 cubes grated cheese
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon roasted and Powdered cumin
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  5. Add salt to taste
  6. Add 2 tablespoon ghee
  7. Add sufficient soda water and Knead into a stiff dough
  8. From a small ball of dough, Roll out a roti
  9. Cut into diamonds
  10. Deep fry on medium heat till Golden brown and crisp
  11. Cool and store in an air tight Container
