ABOUT GOBHI AALU HLWAYI STYLE RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cauliflower 1 kg
  2. Potatoes 1/2 kg
  3. Onion chopped lengthwise 1
  4. Tomatoes chopped 2
  5. Chopped adruk lenthwise 2 tablespoon
  6. Chillies 2 chopped
  7. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Kashmiri mirch 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Haldi 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  11. Hing 2 pinch
  12. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  13. Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  15. Chopped coriander leaves 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables in lengthwise
  2. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry gobi and aalu separately
  3. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in another or same kadai spackle jeera add hing and adruk saute a while
  4. Add onioin stir till golden add tomatoes. cook till soft add haldi, red chilli powder, kashmiri mirch, coriander powder mix well and stir till oil separated.
  5. Add fried gobi and aalu add salt and cover with lid for 5 minutes to soften the vegetables.
  6. Add garam masala and coriander leaves.
  7. Enjoy with any type of pranatha
