Coconut chutney is best side of dosa,idly,adai.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
  2. Fried gram dal – 2 tablespoon
  3. Green chillies – 2
  4. Salt and Water – As needed
  5. Oil – 1 teaspoon
  6. Mustard – 3/4 teaspoon
  7. Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
  8. Curry leaves – 1 sprig

Instructions

  1. Grate coconut, place it along with chilli, fried gram dal, salt and little water in a blender to grind it until smooth or desired consistency.
  2. That’s it, you can pair it up with Idli,Dosa, Pongal, kichadi, upma, adai, vadai,rava dosa.
