Gluten Free Laddoos

Ingredients to make Gluten Free Laddoos

  • Fresh cocoanut 1/2 (approximately 1/2 cup)
  • Makhane (Lotus seeds popcorn) 1 cup
  • Dry fruits of your choice (chopped) 3 tablespoon (I have used almonds, cashews and resin one spoon each)
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • clarified butter 2 teaspoon + 2 teaspoon

How to make Gluten Free Laddoos

  1. In 2 teaspoon hot ghee, fry 1/4 cup cashews and almonds, keep aside
  2. Fry 1/4 cup makhane till Crisp, cool and grind
  3. Grind 1 cup fresh coconut and 1/4 cup sugar
  4. In 2 teaspoon hot ghee, add the Ground coconut mix and fry Till dry
  5. Take off heat and add the Roasted dry fruits and the Ground makhane
  6. Mix and transfer to a plate
  7. Shape into laddoos while The mixture is still warm, Cool and store in an air tight Container
