Roasted Channa dal should be crisped. When we add rice flour it becomes more crispy. This fried Channa dal like a snacks goes with tea/coffee.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roasted Channa dal 1/2 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. Chilli flakes 2 teaspoon
  4. Chopped onion 2 tablespoon
  5. Chopped garlic 2 teaspoon
  6. Oil for deep fry 1/2 cup
  7. Spring onion for garnishing
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take 1/2 cup roasted Channa dal
  2. Make a batter with roasted Channa dal, rice flour, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chilli flakes and salt.
  3. Heat a frying pan add oil and deep fry.
  4. Fry until brown
  5. Sprinkle with spring onion.
