ABOUT FLOWER SAMOSA RECIPE

Samosa is all time favorite snack everywhere. Flower shape smosa is his version. Same filling used in it. But it is more eye-catching.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour for dough... 250 grams
  2. Salt 1 teaspoon
  3. Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Oil or ghee 60 grams
  5. For filling... 5-6 boiled medium sized aaloo
  6. Whole coriander 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Ajwain 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Black pepper corn 6-7
  10. Grated adruk 1 teaspoon
  11. Chopped chillies 1 teaspoon
  12. Haldi 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  14. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Aamchoor 1 teaspoon
  16. Boiled matar 2 tablespoon
  17. Kasoori methi 1/2 teaspoon
  18. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  19. Oil as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of dough and knead hard dough and keep a side
  2. Take a pan heat 2 tsp oil add jeera, ajwain, hing, coriander, haldi, chilli powder, adruk, chilles all saute for a minute
  3. Add crushed alu and matar mix well. stir fry for 2 minutes
  4. Add salt and add paneer all mix well. Add amchur powder Add coriander leaves and rest of ingredients mix well and cool down
  5. Take a ball size dough and roll it. cur in square.
  6. Fold all sides And place filling and cover all side and lock it.
  7. Give it flower shape and deep fry. Enjoy with imli chutney
