Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. INGREDIENTS: Roti, chapati : 3-4,
  2. Grated Carrot 1/4 cup
  3. Fine chopped onions 1/4 cup
  4. Lemon juice 1-2 teaspoon
  5. Boiled mashed potatoes 2/3 cup
  6. Semolina /rawa /sooji 2 tablespoon +1 tablespoon for coating
  7. Sesame seeds 2 teaspoon for coating
  8. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  9. Fine chopped green chillies 2
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Oil

Instructions

  1. Break roti, chapati or tortilla in small pieces.
  2. Grind them to a grainy mixture and transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add boiled mashed potatoes, onions, carrots, lemon juice, sooji or rawa, coriander leaves, salt green chilies with ground roti.
  3. Mix everything together and knead it like dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes rub little oil in your palm and make patties.
  4. You can make any shape patties you like. Roll the patties in semolina or rawa with sesame seeds. Heat the pan on medium heat and add oil on it.Put the roti cutlets on the pan.
  5. Cook them and flip them over couple of times till they become brown and crispy from both the sides.roti cutlets are ready serve them with your favorite dip.
