ABOUT Oats Cutlets. ( breakfast recipe) RECIPE

Besides providing fibres Oats are good in manganese, phosphorus and selenium. Besides Rich in antioxidants they give a soluble fiber called Beta gluten.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats 1 1/2 cups
  2. Brown bread / multigrain bread 6 slices.
  3. Potato 3
  4. Gram flour 2 tablespoon
  5. Onions chopped 2 ( big)
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tablespoon
  7. Ginger grated 1 tablespoon
  8. Garlic crushed 1 tablespoon
  9. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Dhania powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil 2 tablespoon
  15. Oil for shallow frying.

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash Potatoes.
  2. Soak bread slices in water. Squeeze out water.
  3. Take oats in a plate. Add bread and mashed Potatoes.
  4. Add all masala mentioned above.
  5. Add oil and mix well.
  6. Form Cutlets of desired shape.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry Cutlets with minimum required oil.
  8. Enjoy your healthy Cutlets with Tomato ketchup.
