Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice Flour 2 cups
  2. Fenugreek leaves washed and chopped 1 cup
  3. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  4. Garlic crushed 2 tablespoon
  5. Spring Onions chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Ajwain 1 teaspoon
  7. Sesame seeds roasted 1 tablespoon
  8. Green chilli crushed 1 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Curd 3 tablespoon
  12. Oil 2 tablespoon
  13. Oil for shallow frying.

Instructions

  1. Take both the flours in a bowl.
  2. Add Fenugreek leaves and Spring Onions.
  3. Add all masala mentioned above.
  4. Add curd. Adjust salt.
  5. Now add water to make a batter. It should be little thicker than pouring consistancy.
  6. Keep the batter covered for 5 minutes.
  7. Heat oil and add to the batter.
  8. Heat a nonstick griddle. Spread 1/2 teaspoon oil.
  9. Pour a laddle full of batter. Spread it evenly.
  10. Cover it with a glass lid. Check after a minute.
  11. After first side is cooked little brownish flip over and spread 1/2 teaspoon oil.
  12. Press it with a a spetulla and cook Brownish.
  13. Serve with a cup of coffee / tea.
