ABOUT Stuffed Masala Baguette RECIPE

French Bread stuffed with flavourful veggie mixture. The flavour of Indian spices and pizza sauce enclosed with warm crunchy bread is amazing.This recipe can be prepared in no time with leftover sabzi or satue the raw veggies for few mimutes and you done with the stuffing.No oven is required to make this bread.Pan fry these stuffed bread with little butter or olive oil.Kids love this so much .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Olive oil/refined oil 1 tablespoon
  2. Mix vegetables chopped. 1 cup
  3. Ginger Garlic paste. 1 teaspoon
  4. Onion chopped 1 no.
  5. Garam Masala. 1/3 teaspoon
  6. Cumin seeds. 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Chilli powder. 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Black pepper crushed. 1/3 teaspoon
  9. Italian seasoning. 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Assemble the Baguettes:
  12. Butter 3-4 tablespoon
  13. Shredded Cheese 1/2 Cup

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in Pan,once hot add cumin seeds .
  2. After they splutter add ginger-garlic paste and sauté.
  3. Add onion and cook till translucent.
  4. Next add mix vegetables ,chilli powder ,Garam Masala, black pepper and salt.
  5. Cook in medium flame for 3-4 Minutes.
  6. Next add pizza sauce sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Once everything is mixed well add Italian seasoning and set aside .
  8. Assembling the Baguettes:
  9. Now make a slit in the bread with sharp knife and remove the bread to create a deep well for the masala filling.
  10. Heat a pan with some butter and place the bread on it.
  11. Add the vegetable masala mix into the hallow bread.
  12. Sprinkle shredded cheese on the top of the bread and cover the pan with the lid.
  13. Once cheese melts,remove it from flame.
  14. Serve hot with salad.
