Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji 1 cup
  2. Finely chopped mix vegetables like onions, bellpaper, carrots, tomato or as you like 1 cup
  3. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  4. Kaju 7-8
  5. Kaadi patta 7-8
  6. Chopped adruk 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Chopped chillies (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Channa dal 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Water 2 cup
  12. Milk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 teaspoon olive oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, adruk, kadi patta, chillies, kaju all saute a while.
  2. Add all vegetables and saute till dry on medium high flame
  3. Add suji roast it till light brown
  4. Add salt and red chilli powder. Meanwhile in another bowl mix water and milk
  5. Add to thi milky water in roasted suji and stir continuously
  6. when bubbles come out then gass turn over.Enjoy hot in breakfast
