Ingredients Serving: 4
For dough... 250 grams maida
Salt to taste
Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon
Oil 3 tablespoon
For stuffing
Medium sized boiled potatoes 5-6
whole coriander 1/2 teaspoon
Jeera 1/2 teaspoon
Ajwain 1 /4 teaspoon
Black pepper corns 6-7
Grated adruk 1 teaspoon
Chopped chillies 1 teaspoon
Haldi 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Aamchur 1 teaspoon
Boiled matar 2 tablespoon
Chopped paneer 3 tablespoon
Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
Oil as needed
Instructions
Mix all ingredients of dough and knead hard dough and keep a side
Take a pan heat 2 teaspoon oil add jeera, ajwain, hing, coriander, haldi, chilli powder, adruk, chilles all saute for a minute
Add crushed alu and matar mix well. stir fry for 2 minutes
Add salt and add paneer all mix well. Add amchur powder Add coriander leaves and rest of ingredients
Mix well and cool down.
Take a ball size dough and roll it like full chapati. cut in the half moon shape.
Make cuts on half moon. and cover with another half. make the shape of samosa and fill 2 tsp of filling and lock all sides
Deep fry in medium hot oil and enjoy with sauce or imly chutney
