Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Readymade kulchas 6
  2. White chickpeas 2 cups
  3. Onions 4
  4. Tomatoes 2
  5. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chana masala 1 tablespoon
  8. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  9. Tea bag 1
  10. Oil 4 teaspoon
  11. Green chillies 2
  12. Methi chutney 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Soak the chana overnight
  2. Boil it with tea bag and salt.
  3. Remove the tea bag.
  4. Heat oil in a cooker
  5. Add cumin seeds
  6. Saute 2 chopped onions
  7. Add tomatoes and cook properly
  8. Add salt ,garam masala and chana masala
  9. When masala cooked add chana with water.
  10. Cook till 2 whistle
  11. Open and add green corinder.
  12. Take a plate put kulcha.in hot gravy and put in the plate.
  13. Now put some gravy on it
  14. Garnish with.chopped onion and green chilli
  15. Put methi chutney on it
  16. Serve immidietaley
