Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cornflour 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Water 4 cup
  4. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  5. Green food color 1/8 teaspoon
  6. Pink food colour 1/8 teaspoon
  7. Chopped cashew 1/2 cup
  8. Ghee 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan add water
  2. Add cornflour
  3. Add sugar
  4. Mix all
  5. Stir on slow flame till became transparent
  6. Add lemon juice
  7. Add ghee
  8. Mix till ghee absorbed
  9. Now mix half of chopped keshew and mix well
  10. Make 2 equals parts of mixture
  11. In one part mix pink color
  12. Second part mix green food color
  13. Pore both the mixture in two different dishes
  14. Sprinkle rest of keshew on both dish
  15. Let it cool
  16. Then cut in cubes
  17. Serve it
