Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  4. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  5. Saunf /Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Curry leaves 10 to 15
  7. Chopped green chilly 1
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4th teaspoon
  9. Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  12. Amchur powder 1 /2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast oats till crisp and changes colour
  2. Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds jeera and saunf
  3. Add chopped green chilly, curry leaves and peanuts , saute on low flame
  4. Add all spices , Turmeric powder ,red chilly powder, salt sugar and amchur powder
  5. Now add roasted oats and mix well ,saute for some time and switch off the heat
  6. Allow the mixture to cool completely and then store in air tight container.
