Stir Fried Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients to make Stir Fried Rice with Vegetables

  • Boiled rice –3 Cup
  • Green Bell pepper – 1 (chopped)
  • Red Bell pepper – 1 (chopped)
  • Yellow Bell pepper – 1 (chopped|)
  • carrot – 1 (chopped)
  • cabbage – 3 to 4 tablespoon (chopped)
  • onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • ginger and Garlic Paste – 1/2 teaspoon
  • lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder – to taste
  • ghee / Oil – 1-1/2 tablespoon

How to make Stir Fried Rice with Vegetables

  1. Heat ghee/oil in a pan.
  2. Now add chopped onion and saute until it translucent. Add ginger and garlic paste, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, carrot, cabbage. Mix well and saute them for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Now add salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and cook for a minute.
  4. Add boiled rice and mix gently. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Transfer the fried rice into the serving bowl and serve immediately with curd.
