Ingredients to make Puff pastry bow

  • all purpose flour 2 cup
  • salt 1/2 tbsp
  • chilled water 130 ml
  • butter 100 gram

How to make Puff pastry bow

  1. In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, and water, make it into a stiff dough.
  2. add 15 g of butter and knead it well.
  3. then it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough like a ½ inch in thick sheet, apply the butter up to ¾ th of the sheet and sprinkle the dry flour, and fold like an envelope.
  5. Take the sheet and place it in the tray, cover it with a wet cloth.
  6. put it in a fridge for 20 minutes.
  7. Repeat the same process for another 4 times.
  8. Its ready to use.take a part of it and flatten it.
  9. Cut in to small pieces.fold like bow.
  10. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes .
  11. Take out the tray and apply the butter on the leftover sheet and fold like a book, cover it with a wet cloth and put it in the fridge. this can be used whenever required.
