Ingredients to make Kofta

  • 8 boiled potato
  • 4 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • oil for deep fry
  • 2 cup gramflour

How to make Kofta

  1. Take bowl add boiled potato and mash it well.then add all masalas and coriander to it.
  2. Heat 4 tsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and ginger chilli paste to it.
  3. Add this tadkato potato masala. And make small boll of masala.
  4. For batter add 2 cup besan in a bowl and add water,salt,and baking soda in it. And make a lumps free batter.
  5. Now heat oil in a pan.
  6. Dip the balls in batter and deep fry on high flame.
  7. Kofta is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Fry on high flame.
