Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour 2 cup
  2. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  3. salt to taste
  4. oil 4 tbsp
  5. For stuffing-
  6. Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  7. Grated cabbage 2 tbsp
  8. Finely chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
  9. Grated carrot 2 tbsp
  10. Grated processed cheese 1/2 cup
  11. Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
  12. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  13. chilly flakes 1/4 tsp
  14. salt to taste
  15. oil 2 tbsp
  16. oil for frying


  1. Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,baking powder,salt and 4 tbsp oil and mix well
  2. Make a crumble like texture.
  3. Knead a stiff dough with the help of water
  4. Cover this dough with muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 mins.
  5. Now heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add onion and stir fry for one mins.
  7. Add all veggies and saute till crunchy
  8. Add salt,black pepper powder,chilly flakes,pizza sauce and grated cheese and mix well.
  9. Keep in the fridge for 15 mins
  10. Now stuffing is ready.
  11. Divide the dough into four equal size balls and roll it like chapati.
  12. Cut into a square shape.
  13. Now cut into four square shape.
  14. Place one tbsp fried veggies into two square.
  15. And cover with other two square pieces
  16. Seal the edges.
  17. Press the edges with fork.
  18. Keep in the fridge for an hour.
  19. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  20. Place the pizza puff, lower the heat and fry till light brown and crispy.
  21. Drain and serve hot.
