Ingredients to make Egg kabab

  • 4 Boiled egg
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 1
  • Choped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic and green chillis paste 1 tsp
  • Dry masala-jira, chili powder,garam masala,amchor powder 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Egg kabab

  1. Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Divide eggs in 2 parts
  3. Fill each egg halves with potato stuffing
  4. Dip in flour slurry
  5. coat with bread crumbs
  6. serve with sauce.
