Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 300 grams sugar
  2. 1/2 cup almond
  3. 1/2 ceshew nuts
  4. 1/2 cup melon seeds
  5. 1/2 cup chironji
  6. 1 cup foxnut
  7. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  8. 1/4 cup edible gum
  9. Ghee for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup ghee in a pan and deep fry almond, chashew, kironji till light brown.
  2. Then deep fry edible gum.
  3. And then fry fox nuts and melon seeds.
  4. Now heat a pan and add 300 grams sugar,3/4 cup water and 1 tsp ghee and make a thick chashni
  5. Now add all dry fruits in it and cook for five minutes.
  6. Then greas a plate with ghee and spread the mixture on it and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  7. Take it out with knife and serve it.
