Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Crumbled paneer 150g
  2. Boiled and mashed potatoes 2
  3. ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Green chilli 1 slit
  5. Finely chopped onions 1/4Cup
  6. Soy sauce 1 tsp
  7. cornflour 3tbsp
  8. salt to taste
  9. Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  10. carrots 2
  11. oil for Deep frying


  1. Take a bowl add ginger-garlic paste,onions,chillies,corainder leaves,mashed potatos,salt,soy sauce,cornflour and crumbled paneer and mix well.
  2. Apply oil to hand and take mixture and flatten it and place carrot sticks in middle and roll them into lollipop shape.
  3. Roll properly in lollipop shape
  4. Roll them in corn flour-Maida mixture and bind them properly.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides.
  6. Dont over fry them.
  7. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
  8. Yummy and crispy paneer lollipops r ready.
