Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 1 Lemon
  3. 4 tsp cornflour
  4. 2 boiled potato
  5. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  7. 1/2 tsp termeric powder
  8. 2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 cup cream/ malai
  10. 6 tomato
  11. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  12. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  13. Oil for deep fry.


  1. Boil milk, add lemon juice and let milk start curdle and make paneer.
  2. Add 2 tsp corn flour in paneer.
  3. Than make a soft dough.
  4. Take bowl and mash potato then add all masalas.
  5. Now divide paneer dough in small bolls.
  6. And stuff with masala.
  7. Seal the ends and make kofta.
  8. Cover kofta with corn flour.
  9. And deep fry in a pan till light brown.
  10. Keep it aside.
  11. Now heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida,turmeric powder,cumin seeds and ginger chilli paste.
  12. Then add tomato puri and cook for 10-15 min then add masala.
  13. Then add cream in it and cook for 5 minute.
  14. Mix kofta in curry and serve it.
