Ingredients to make Aloo-palak chole ki sabzi
- 1/2 cup chickpeas(presoaked and boiled)
- Fresh coriander to garnish
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Desi ghee
- 1/4 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp red chilli Flakes
- 4 cloves of Garlic(sliced into chips)
- 1 bunch spinach leaves(washed and sorted)
- 2 Medium sized potatoes(boiled and cubed)
- dash of lemon juice
How to make Aloo-palak chole ki sabzi
My Tip:
Use leftover boiled chickpeas or boiled potatoes for this beautiful dish.
