Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1 tablespoon rava
  5. 1 tablespoon milk powder
  6. Pinch salt
  7. 3/4 cup desi khand or bura /sugar powder
  8. 3/4 cup shudh desi ghee
  9. 4 crushed cardmoms
  10. 10 slivered pistachios

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add maida /all purpose flour besan suji/rava milk powder and baking powder with salt cardmoms and bura
  2. Mix all then make a crumbled soft dough with 1/2 cup of ghee ..if needed then add more ghee to bring it in binding consistency..
  3. Make small balls with light hands press little with fingers
  4. And give cross sign with knife place chopped pista
  5. Bake in pre heated oven for 10 to 12 mintutes or till done at 170 degrees .
