Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bunch spinach
  2. 2 boil potatoes
  3. 100gm panir
  4. 4 tbs maida
  5. 2 onions
  6. 2tomatoes.
  7. 1tbs.gng paste
  8. 2tsp kaju paste.
  9. 2.small cardomom
  10. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1tsp sabzi masala.
  12. 4 tsp oil.

Instructions

  1. Wash n blanch spinach and puree it.
  2. In a bowl add mashed potatoes.
  3. Add cottage cheese.
  4. Put maida and salt.
  5. Mix it and make small balls.
  6. Fry them and take out on a tissue.
  7. Now heat oil and put cumin seeds, small elaichi.
  8. Puree the onion and tomatoes with green chilly.
  9. Put in karahi and cook it.
  10. Add gng paste.
  11. Season wid salt and all masalas.
  12. Now add kaju paste
  13. Add spinach puree and cook for 5 minutes.
  14. Now add koftas
  15. Garnish with fresh cream.
  16. Serve with lacha parantha.
