ABOUT KAMALKAKDI BALLS RECIPE

Kamalkakdi is very nutritious and seasonal stem vegetable. By add masalas and chickpea flour make it flavourfull dish.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 kg boiled and cruzhed kamalkakdi
  2. 2 tbsp chickpea flour
  3. salt as per taste
  4. 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  5. 1/2 tsp jeera
  6. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  7. 1 tsp chopped chillies
  8. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  9. pinch hing
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil all kamalkakdi and grind coarsely in blender
  2. Take a big bowl add blended kamalkakdi and add all ingredients and mix like a loose dough
  3. Make balls and deep fry all
  4. enjoy hot with chutney
