Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Vermicelli 1/2 packet
  2. Condensed milk 1 cup
  3. Butter 1/2 tbspn
  4. Milk 2 ltr
  5. Sugar 1/2 cups
  6. Eliachi 2 tbsp
  7. PISTACHIO 2 tbsp
  8. Tutty Fruity 2 tbsp


  1. vermicelli nest- Take butter in pan Then add vermicelli fry it till dark brown
  2. then add condensed milk
  3. Then mold it as shown in the pic
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hr then demould it
  5. For rabri- Take milk in non stick pan and boil till u get the malai on the top
  6. aside the malai it from the milk into the kadai
  7. add eliachi abd boil till the milk consistency gets thicker. add sugar boil for 5 more minutes.
  8. add pista and Serve in the vermicelli nest
