Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup poha
  2. 4-5 potatoes
  3. 2 breads
  4. 1/4 spoon lal mirch
  5. 1/4 spoon garam masala
  6. 1/4 spoon dania powder
  7. 1/2 spoon namak or as per taste
  8. 1/4 cup paneer

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes.In the meantime soak poha for 5 min in water.
  2. Take a bowl and add boiled potatoes and mash them.
  3. Drain water from poha and add to the bowl.
  4. Now grind a bread in grinder and add to the bowl along with all dry masalae.
  5. Mix them all and take icecream sticks and fix the mix on it as to give it a shape of stick icecream.
  6. Add some sooji as coating on icecream sticks.
  7. Take a kadai and put oil in it and heat.slowly put all the bread poha icecream sticks and deep fry.
  8. Cook till golden brown and then take them out on a tissue paper and let them cool and put some grated paneer on top as some milk is coming from chocobar icecream.
  9. Repeat this for every bread poha icecream sticks and they are ready to serve.
  10. Serve them with tea and tomato chilli sauce....HAPPY COOKING.
