Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava 1/4 cup
  2. Milk 1/4 cup
  3. Coconut grated 1/4 cup
  4. cardamon powder as per taste
  5. Sugar / Palm sugar as required

Instructions

  1. Dry Roast Rava till you get good aroma.
  2. Transfer it to a plate
  3. Add required milk to immerse roasted rava. You can also add water but Rava puttu tastes best with milk. Rest for 5 minutes
  4. Steam it on high flame for 5 mins. Rest it for 5 mins
  5. Transfer steamed cakes to a plate
  6. Crumble the cakes
  7. Add grated coconut, palm sugar and cardamon powder. Mix gently
  8. Rava puttu is ready to serve. You can also serve with fruit slices.
