Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 potatoes
  2. 3 onions
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 spoon dry ginger powder
  5. 1 spoon dry mango powder
  6. Half spoon haldi
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. 1 spoon red chilli powder
  9. 2 spoon green chilli paste
  10. 1 spoon fresh malai
  11. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes
  2. Peel the potatoes
  3. Take a pan Add oil or potatoes
  4. Now add salt or red chilli powder and fry it
  5. Keep aside the fry potatoes Grind the onions and tomato in grinder Now cook the Masla and add all ingredients
  6. Add water and prepare the gravy ready Add the potatoes and cook
  7. Now off the flame and add the fresh malai Dum aloo ready
