  7. water
  8. Green coriander
  9. garam masala
  10. 250 gram boiled aloo
  11. 3 tomato
  12. 1 spoon ginger
  13. 1/2 small bowl curd
  14. haldi
  15. red chilli

Instructions

  1. Phele mater ko pani se saaf ker k hari mirch, jira, lal mirch dal ker mixi mai grind ker le. ek prat mai aata, tel, suji ,mater ki paste, namak dal ker gunth le Or gile kapre se cover ker k 15mint k liye rakh de. Phir ek karahi mai tel dal ker garm kere. phir sari puriya bel ker fry ker le. Aalu ki sabji - 250 gm boiled aalu, 4tomato, 1tukra ginger, 1hari mirch, half spoon jira, lal mirch, half garm masala, half spoon haldi, salt to taste. Aalu ka chika utar ker tukre kaat le. Tomato ko kaddukas ker le. ek cooker mai tel dal ker garm ker k jira dal de. phir tomato saute ker k namak, sab masale dal ker aalu dal de thori der helate rhe.phir pani or half katori dehi beat ker k dal de. thori der helate rhe.phir pani dal ker 1 whistle lgwa le. Phir es ki lid utar ker hra daniya kaat ker dal de.
