Ingredients to make Aloo Chat

  • 2 mediam sized potato
  • 1/4 black paper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint leaves powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin_coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon besan sev
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder

How to make Aloo Chat

  1. Remove the potato skin,cut it in dice,and deep fry till light golden
  2. In a mixing bowl add fried potatoes
  3. Add all spices,and chopped coriander
  4. Add lemon juice
  5. Mix well
  6. Serve it in serving dish
  7. Sprinkle besan sev
  8. Serve it
