Stuffed bell peppers are delicious and can be served as appetizer or as a side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bell peppers - 4
  2. For stuffing
  3. Potatoes-3
  4. Paneer -50g
  5. Onion -1medium
  6. Ginger -1 tbs
  7. Green coriander -3tbs
  8. Mustard seeds -1
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Haldi-1/2tbs
  11. Red chilli powder -1/2tbs
  12. Garam Masala -1/2tbs
  13. Mango powder -1/2tbs
  14. Green chill -2


  1. For stuffing
  2. Heat little oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds then add onion and ginger.saute them.
  3. Now add all dry Masala and cook for 1min.
  4. Now add mashed potatoes and cheese and mix well. Sprinkle green coriander. Cool the mixture.
  5. Cut bell peppers into halves and stuff the mixture gently.
  6. Heat 4tbs. Oil in a pan put bell peppers first potato side down fry till golden brown and then change the side and cook the other side.
  7. Garnish with cheese and coriander.
