Paneer chili is a indo Chinese dish ..witch can be serve as snack or in maincourse ..its a tasty dish made from cottage chese or paneer coated with cornflour and all perpose flour..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Panner 250 grams cut in cubes
  2. Cornflour 3tsp
  3. Maida (all prpose flour)3_4 tsp
  4. Water for making maida cornflour better
  5. Soya sauce 3tsp
  6. Red chili sauce 3tsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Tomato sauce 2tsp
  9. Capcicum 1 cut in cubes
  10. Onion 1 cut in cubes
  11. Garlic chopped 2tsp
  12. Green chilies 3 sliced
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First of all take a bowl add maida and cornflour and some water to make thik better.add salt as per taste
  2. Now heat oil in pan and when oil it hot take paneer cubes
  3. Dip one by one all d paneer cubes in better and fry them
  4. Keep all the paneer pieces aside
  5. Now take out excess oil and again on the flame add chopped garlic and sauthe
  6. Now add onion and capsicum cubes and sauthe well
  7. Add some salt and soya sauce and red chili sauce and tomato sauce and mix well
  8. Now cook on low flame for few minutes
  9. Finally add paneer and some water and cook for next two minutes and it's ready to eat
