ABOUT BESAN KE LADOO RECIPE

Besan ladoo is very famous in Northern area of India. ladoos are very healthy for kids especially in winter. By adding fry fruits make it more healthier and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg mota ot dardra besan
  2. 1/2 kg se thoda km ghee
  3. 1/2 kg powder sugar
  4. 1 cup chopped almond
  5. 2 tbsp gond
  6. 2 tbsp charo magaj or melon seeds
  7. 1 tsp cardamon powder (optional

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in big kadai fry almonds for 1 minute. Take out in plate
  2. Fry gond in same ghee at low heat till light brown. Take it out in same plate
  3. Add rest of ghee add besan roast till golden brown at medium heat or till ghee seems to be separate
  4. Add melon seeds in hot besan and mix well. Gass turn off and cool down for 15 - 20 minutes
  5. Now add all nuts, gond and sugar.Mix well.
  6. Make ladoo or any shape as u like
