Kurkure aloo chat

Ingredients to make Kurkure aloo chat

  • Potates 6 large
  • salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp .
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • whole red chili 4 no
  • dry mango powder 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • chopped green chili 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Kurkure aloo chat

  1. wash and hard boil the potatoes then cut into cubs. dry roast cumin, coriander seeds and whole red chili make a course powder in mixer grinder.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhahi fry the potatoes till golden and crisp. remove the potatoes from the pan turn the heat then add cumin seeds and turmeric powder, give a nice stir switch on the gas add fried potatoes mix it well.
  3. now add red chili powder, dry mango powder, green chili and lemon juice mix well .
  4. remove from the heat transfer the potatoes in serving bowl, add garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
