Jamoon Bonda

Ingredients to make Jamoon Bonda

  • Ready made Jamoon mix powder 1/4 cup,
  • Grated paneer 1 cup
  • Boiled corn kernels 1 cup
  • Boiled potato 1
  • salt to taste
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 Tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilli 1 Tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 Tbsp
  • corn flour 2 Tbsp
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder ¼ Tsp
  • cumin powder ½ Tsp
  • oil for deep fry
  • fennel seeds 1 Tsp

How to make Jamoon Bonda

  1. Take a boiled corn in mixer jar and grind coarsely.
  2. In a mixing bowl take grated paneer, grinned corn, mashed potato, green chilli, salt, ginger, coriander, jamoon mix powder, gram flour , red chilli powder, fennel seeds and cumin powder mix well and make a gooseberry size balls.
  3. Heat oil for deep fry, transfer the balls to hot oil, and fry in low flame till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.. ect .
