ABOUT Spinach Noodles Pakoda RECIPE

It is fusion of pakoda and Maggi. I have given a twist by adding Spinach.it is healthy too because of spinach. It is easy to make because ingredients are easily available.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled noddles 2 bowls
  2. Maggi masala 2 packets
  3. Besan 3 table spoons
  4. Sooji 1 table spoon
  5. Sugar 4 table spoons
  6. Lemon juice 1 table spoon
  7. Pinch of Soda
  8. Chopped spinach 1 bowl
  9. Chopped onion 1 bowl
  10. Chopped chilli 1 table spoon
  11. Black pepper powder 1 table spoon
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Oil for deep frying
  14. Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
  15. Water as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Take boiled noddles.. Add Maggi masala in it. Mix it well.
  2. In another bowl. Take Besan. Add chopped onion, spinach and chili.
  3. Add Sooji and noodles.
  4. Add salt, black pepper powder, sugar, turmeric powder, chili powder, soda and lemon juice.
  5. Mix it properly with required water.
  6. Make hard dough.
  7. Make uneven balls of the dough and deep fry it.
