Spicy dhaba style egg masala enjoy eith jeera rice or chapatis .here used kitchen king masala powder and while spices yummy in taste boiled egg deep fried in oil and foilded with spices.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled eggs -4
  2. Oil ( mustard ) its your choice
  3. Salt as neede
  4. Whole spices green cardamom -3
  5. Black cardamom -2
  6. Jeera -1 tsp
  7. Clove -4
  8. Bay leaf -2
  9. Cinnamon stick -2
  10. Pepper -5-6
  11. Turmeric powder -1 tsp
  12. Garam masala powder -2 spoon
  13. Handfull of coriander leafs
  14. Tomato -3
  15. Chopped fresh ginger -2 tsp
  16. Chopped garlic -3 tsp
  17. Whole garlic -5-8 piece
  18. Onion -4 chopped
  19. Green chillies -3
  20. Red chilli -1

Instructions

  1. First of all deep fry eggs turn golden brown .
  2. In hot oil add bay leaf jeera red chilli and chopped ginger and garlic satue it then add crushed whole spices satue for some time.
  3. Again add chopped onion and whole garlic fry it ,5-6 min add chopped tomatoes salt and turmeric powder , satue it sometime and closed the the lid of pressure cooker and left it for 10 min in low flame.
  4. Open and mix well add masala powder and fry till oil comes out add 1 cup of water and cover the lid for 20-25 min when gravy is ready add fried eggs .
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Enjoy with roti , rice or biryani
