Ingredients to make Cheesy Aloo balls

  • 3 Potato Boiled,Peel nd grated
  • Processed Cheese cubes as nedded
  • salt to taste   
  • Corn flour 2 tbsn
  • chilli flakes nd oregano 1 tspn
  • oil for deep fry 
  • Bread crums for coating as nedded
  • To Be Mixed Into A Batter: 1 cup Plain flour ,3/4 cup water
  • tomato ketchup and small fresh chesse cubes for garnish
  • coriander leaves handful

How to make Cheesy Aloo balls

  1. Mix together potato, salt, flour, chilli flakes, oregano mixer in a bowl
  2. Divide into small portion and roll into balls.Stuff each ball with small cheese cube
  3. And roll again 
  4. Dip a few balls at a time in the flour-water mixture and roll them in the breadcrumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sdies.
  5. keep fridge for 20 minutes 
  6. Heat oil in a kadai..Deep fry the balls till golden brown and crisp Drain on paper towels
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, fresh chesse cubes and coriander leaves.
