ABOUT Cheesy Aloo balls RECIPE

This yummy, cheesy starter is best had fresh before it becomes soggy, so keep the balls ready, but fry them just before serving.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 Potato Boiled,Peel nd grated
  2. Processed Cheese cubes as nedded
  3. Salt to taste   
  4. Corn flour 2 tbsn
  5. Chilli flakes nd oregano 1 tspn
  6. Oil for deep fry 
  7. Bread crums for coating as nedded
  8. To Be Mixed Into A Batter: 1 cup Plain flour ,3/4 cup water
  9. Tomato ketchup and small fresh chesse cubes for garnish
  10. Coriander leaves handful

Instructions

  1. Mix together potato, salt, flour, chilli flakes, oregano mixer in a bowl
  2. Divide into small portion and roll into balls.Stuff each ball with small cheese cube
  3. And roll again 
  4. Dip a few balls at a time in the flour-water mixture and roll them in the breadcrumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sdies.
  5. keep fridge for 20 minutes 
  6. Heat oil in a kadai..Deep fry the balls till golden brown and crisp Drain on paper towels
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, fresh chesse cubes and coriander leaves.
