ABOUT Coconut and Cherry Layered Panna Cotta RECIPE

Panna cotta means “cooked cream” and it is an Italian dessert. I have chosen two flavors, coconut and cherry flavor which gives a fabulous and tempting color together to this dessert. Its an eggless pudding which is prepared with a combination of milk, cream, sugar and gelatine.

  6. 1/4 Cup Cream
  7. 1/4 cup sugar
  8. 2 tbsp Gelatine

  1. Soak the gelatine into 1 cup water for 5 minutes and heat it on a low flame until it dissolves. Keep aside to cool at a room temperature.
