Brownies

Ingredients to make Brownies

  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 6tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
  • 1cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ½teaspoon salt
  • Chocolate chips

How to make Brownies

  1. Melt the butter and mix the sugar in it. Mix with a hand mixer for about 2-3 mins.
  2. Add eggs and whisk again. Add cocoa powder and salt.
  3. Fold all the ingredients in and add vanilla extract and salt. Add chocolate chips and mix again.
  4. Take a round/square baking tray. Grease with butter or lay parchment paper. Pour in the batter and add more chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake for about 12-13min depending on your microwave. Keep checking the brownies in between.

My Tip:

Insert a fork/toothpic to check wheater it's cooked. You can also know if the brownies are firm at the top
