ABOUT Annanas Panna RECIPE

Traditionally, Panna is made with raw mango and sugar but for variation I have used grilled pineapple for this recipe. Serve it chilled with little chunks of fresh pineapple to enhance the taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Fresh Pineapple
  2. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  3. 1 tsp roasted Cumin Powder
  4. 1 tsp Black Salt
  5. 2 tsp Sugar
  6. 1 lemon Juice
  7. Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Grill the pineapple on stove for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop the Pineapple and blend it until to smooth.
  3. Strain the mashed pineapple for fresh juice.
  4. Now combine all these ingredients together with juice and serve it chilled.
