Hara bhara kebab is melt in mouth party starter or snacks. Though it’s a melt in mouth kebabs but I have double fried it to make it crisp.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. boiled and peeled potatoes medium 5-6
  2. coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  3. peas 1 cup
  4. spinach 1 medium bunch
  5. Gram flour 2 tablespoon
  6. peanuts 1/4 cup
  7. Green chillies 2-3
  8. Ginger-garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  9. Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
  10. amchur powder 1 teaspoon
  11. salt to taste
  12. oil for frying
  13. bread crumbs if needed

Instructions

  1. Mash potatoes properly or grate it.
  2. Heat little oil in a pan.Add ginger-garlic paste,chopped green chillies and peas. Cooked till the rawness of peas gone.
  3. Blanch spinach and squeezed properly so there is no water in it or cutlet will not form.
  4. Grind spinach along with pea’s mixture and make a purée.
  5. Add this purée in potatoes.
  6. Roast peanuts in another pan and crush them.
  7. In the same pan add gram flour till it changes its colour.
  8. Add crushed peanuts and gram flour in potatoes mixture.
  9. Now form a patty( if patty doesn’t form and mixture becomes Mashy add bread crumbs at this time).
  10. Heat oil in wok for frying and deep fry patties half raw.
  11. Than at the time of serving deep fry again,sparkle chat masala on it and serve with ketchup or green chutney.

I don't have breadcrumbs. So, can I use something else in it's place?
